The Mission
We're making organic short-form clipping the dominant form of advertising on the internet. Billboards are dying, TV ads are dying, and paid social gets more expensive and less effective every quarter — while short-form is where attention actually lives.
We're building toward managing a billion dollars in annual spend on behalf of creators and brands who want explosive short-form growth. Creator supply, not client demand, is the bottleneck between here and there — which is why who we hire matters more than anything else we do.
Who We're Hiring
One person who owns every hire and every creator we bring in. Sourcing, screening, onboarding — the whole pipeline, end to end.
We're looking for one of two profiles:
- Recruiters who've run volume. You've personally screened hundreds of people and you can tell us your close rate without looking it up.
- Operators who hire as a reflex. You've built a team from nothing before. You're the person your friends call when they need someone found.
What You'd Actually Do
- Source constantly. Creators, account managers, strategists, sales. You're never not recruiting, because the pipeline being empty is the only real emergency in this job.
- Screen ruthlessly. 30–50 conversations a day and back-to-back screening calls. Most of them end in a no, and you deliver it without flinching.
- Own onboarding. A hire isn't yours until they're producing. You run the first two weeks and you own whether they stick.
- Build the machine. Scorecards, screening questions, a bench that's warm before we need it. You're building the function, not inheriting one.
How We Work
Small team, full agency, no committee. You'll have a direct line to the founders daily — not a quarterly review.
We move fast and we say the real thing. If a hire isn't working, we say so in week two, not month three.
The Bar
This job is unglamorous on purpose. You are in the DMs, on calls, and telling most people no. If that sounds miserable to you, don't apply — you'd be miserable, and we'd both find out expensively.
