The Mission

We're making organic short-form clipping the dominant form of advertising on the internet. Billboards are dying, TV ads are dying, and paid social gets more expensive and less effective every quarter — while short-form is where attention actually lives.

We're building toward managing a billion dollars in annual spend on behalf of creators and brands who want explosive short-form growth. Creator supply, not client demand, is the bottleneck between here and there — which is why who we hire matters more than anything else we do.

Who We're Hiring

One person sitting above the account managers, accountable for retention across every live campaign.

You are not a support function. You're the person who knows a campaign is behind before the client does, and who is already on the phone with a plan when they find out.

What You'd Own

  • Delivery pace, everywhere. Every live campaign, every week, against what was sold. You catch the drift at week three, not week nine.
  • The hard call. When a campaign is behind, you make the call — early, with a plan attached. That single habit is most of this job.
  • The account managers. You coach them, review their client comms, and raise the floor on how every account is run.
  • Renewals and top-ups. A client who comes back is the only real proof the work landed. You own that number.

How We Work

Every campaign is a 60–90 day program with a delivery commitment attached. A lot can go wrong in 90 days, and the difference between a renewal and a churn is usually a conversation someone avoided having in week four.

You'll have a direct line to the founders daily and full authority to intervene on any account.

The Bar

Don't apply if you go quiet when a number is bad. This job is telling a client something they don't want to hear, on a Tuesday, with a plan attached. If you're an order taker, this will break you.
