The Mission

We're making organic short-form clipping the dominant form of advertising on the internet. Billboards are dying, TV ads are dying, and paid social gets more expensive and less effective every quarter — while short-form is where attention actually lives.

We're building toward managing a billion dollars in annual spend on behalf of creators and brands who want explosive short-form growth. Creator supply, not client demand, is the bottleneck between here and there — which is why who we hire matters more than anything else we do.

Who We're Hiring

One central creative seat across every active campaign. You decide what gets made, and then you prove it worked.

You should already live inside the algorithm. You hear a brand's name and you instantly know what would make it pop — not after a week of research.

What You'd Own

  • Design the formats. Before every launch, build content formats made for that specific client and their real metrics. Lock them into the brief.
  • Monitor and adjust live. Watch how every format performs against the metrics that matter, not just views. Underperformers get replaced fast.
  • Test constantly. Tear down the top accounts in each niche, reverse-engineer what's working right now, ship new formats every week.
  • Write the guidelines. A living set per campaign — approved formats, hooks, references, do's and don'ts — updated every time you learn something.
  • Brief and recap. A strategy brief before onboarding, a clean recap when a campaign finishes: what we launched, what won, the numbers.

How We Work

You sit with the account managers weekly, campaign by campaign, and decide the next creative move together. Your taste is the input; their delivery data is the scoreboard.

The Bar

If you're a brand strategist who lives in slide decks rather than feeds, this isn't your role. If you can't explain why a video went viral — only that it did — this isn't your role either.
